Terms & Conditions

The hirer agrees that upon booking a party they accept the terms and conditions outlined below. 

The hirer will ensure that the party area will have enough space for the equipment.

The hirer will ensure that party area will be cleared of all furniture and the floors will be clean before the delivery of the party items.

The hirer will ensure that all children will be supervised using the equipment during the hire period.

The hirer will ensure the room is smoke-free and pet-free during the hire period.

The hirer is responsible for the care of the equipment during the hire period. If equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen the hirer agrees to reimburse the Company for the full replacement cost of the item.

The hirer will be present at the agreed upon times for delivery, set up and pack up of the equipment.

 

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to be paid upon confirmation of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the party date or the party hire may be cancelled and the hirer liable for the full cost of the party.

 

Teepees and Treasures is not liable for any claim for personal injury, death or loss of damage to the property however caused. The hirer is solely responsible for injuries or property damage occurring due to use of the hired equipment. Teepees and Treasures decision is final in all matters relating to these terms and conditions of hire.
